Hardback. Full blue morocco with title and decoration in gilt to spine and decoration in gilt and blind to front board; top edge gilt; marbled endpapers; sewn-in ribbon page-marker. pp viii, 932. Size: 9.5 x 6.5 inches approx. (238mm x 164mm).

Leather a little marked and scuffed in places, light shelf wear to extremites; a hint of sunning to spine. A previous owner’s name in ink to first blank; pages lightly age-toned but generally very clean throughout.

Overall, a particularly well preserved copy – quite lovely.
