HARROGATE BOOK FAIR

On Friday, 6th and Saturday, 7th March we’ll be at the Harrogate Book Fair being held at the Old Swan Hotel HG1 2SR.

The Old Swan Hotel has a literary connection with it being where Agatha Christie was found staying after her mysterious disappearance in 1926.

There will be around fifty booksellers exhibiting for sale antiquarian, collectable and secondhand books, maps and ephemera.

HORNBY BOOK FAIR

On Saturday, 14th February we’ll be exhibiting at the Hornby Book Fair being held at The Institute, Main Street, Hornby LA2 8JR.

Open from 10am till 4pm there will be around thirteen dealers offering second-hand, antiquarian and collectable books and ephemera.

The village of Hornby, with the River Wenning running through and overlooked by the picturesque Hornby Castle, is situated on the A683 road and within easy distance of Lancaster, Kirkby Lonsdale and Ingleton.

BARTON BOOK FAIR

On Saturday, 24th January we’ll be exhibiting at Barton Book Fair being held in the Village Hall, Garstang Road PR3 5AA.

Around twenty dealers with a good range of secondhand, antiquarian and collectable books and ephemera. Café and a large free car park.

Barton is situated on the A6 just a short distance from Preston and Junction 32 of the M6 motorway and providing easy access to Garstang, Lancaster and the Fylde coast towns of Lytham, St. Annes and Blackpool.

Local attractions include the popular Barton Grange Garden Centre at Brock and the Beacon Fell Country Park near Goosnargh.

North West Book Fairs

YORK NEW YEAR BOOK FAIR

On Saturday, 10th January 2026 the York New Year Book Fair is being held at the Knavesmire Suite, York Racecourse YO23 1EX.

Around one hundred booksellers will be exhibiting for sale a wide range of secondhand, antiquarian and collectable books and ephemera.

Light refreshments are available at the cafe all day.

There is plenty of nearby car parking. For those traveling by public transport there is a free bus service between Memorial Gardens (adjacent to York Rail Station) and the Knavemire Suite running every thirty minutes throughout the day.

On Tuesday, 30th December we’ll be exhibiting at the Winter Market Harborough Book Fair being held at the Congregational Church Centre, High Street LE16 7JD.

Around twenty-four dealers with antiquarian, collectable and secondhand books and ephemera.

A café and car park onsite, with shops nearby.

On Saturday, 6th December we’ll be at the Gargrave Book Fair being held in the Village Hall, West Street BD23 3RD.

Around fifteen dealers with a broad range of second-hand, antiquarian, out-of-print and collectable books and ephemera. Café serving excellent home-made food and parking nearby.

The pretty village of Gargrave is situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, accessed by the A65 Kendal/Ilkley road and within easy reach of Skipton and Settle.
